Matching routes accept source=boamp, source=ted, or source=all. No relevant match, invalid notice, or unreliable/stale source means no payment request.

Send the intended request unsigned first. A paid route returns HTTP 402 plus PAYMENT-REQUIRED. An x402-capable wallet may then authorize and retry; never pay without the user's explicit transaction policy.
