No relevant match, no payment request

Matching input and source health are checked before an HTTP 402. Invalid notice IDs and unreliable source responses remain free errors. No usable data due to source failure also means no payment request.

How decisions are produced

Local deterministic weights compare activity, keywords, capabilities, geography, preferences, exclusions, recency and deadline urgency. DecisionReceipt separates fit, actionability and evidence confidence. FACT is not INFERENCE; missing evidence remains UNKNOWN. No score is a win probability.

Payment and privacy

x402 v2 uses USDC on Base Mainnet eip155:8453. Prices are $0.05, $0.49, $1.99 and $4.99. The service never asks for a wallet private key and stores no query text, profile, A2A task, IP or wallet address; telemetry is aggregate only.
